The Orchid Thai Catering Web Site/Service (hereinafter known as “Service”) is offered to you (hereinafter know as “Customer”) conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Orchid Thai Catering Web Site/Service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Terms

  1. Buffet Services is served from Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 8pm.
  2. Our dishes can be customized to suit your requirements.
  3. Please place order at least 3 days in advance. Late order will only be accepted subject to availability.
  4. We will also provide the followings at no extra cost :
    • Warmers for Hot Dishes
    • Disposable Plate, Forks, Spoons, Cups, Serviettes & Garbage bags
    • Buffet table with Thai Style Table Cloth
    • Chilli sauce, floral decor etc...
  5. Miscellaneous :
    • Uniformed butler staff @ $30 per hour (Min 4 Hours)
    • Rental of full set melamine wares with glasses @ $5.50 per set
    • Rental of Dining Table/Chair/Stools (Please contact us for rates)
  6. Substitution of dishes –
    - You may substitute dishes of the same price range.
    * Surcharge is applicable if substituted item(s) do not fulfill the above requirement. Please contact us if you are in doubts.
  7. Confirmation of your fax booking will be made via the telephone/email or fax. If you do not hear from us 3 days before the function date, please kindly contact us at Tel: (65) 67427910.
  8. Arrival of food will be within 1/2 hour of stated delivery time unless due to unforeseen circumstances eg. Heavy traffic jams.
  9. Setup can only be done on lift levelled ground or ground floor of a building. Any non lift level setup carries a surcharge of $40 per level.
  10. We reserve the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value due to seasonality or availability.

Bento Food Delivery Service

  • Minimum number of packets per order is applicable.
  • Full payment is required upon food delivery
  • Customer agrees to notify Orchid Thai Catering 2 working day in advance for any cancellation otherwise 50% of the food order may be chargeable.
  • Any changes to dishes ordered must be made two(2) working day in advance.
