The Orchid Thai Catering Web Site/Service (hereinafter known as
“Service”) is offered to you
(hereinafter know as “Customer”) conditioned on your acceptance without
modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Your use of the Orchid Thai Catering Web Site/Service constitutes your
agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Order Confirmation
Online orders are not confirmed unless confirmed by us through phone,
fax or email. If you do not hear from us after 24 hours from order date,
please contact us at 96827824.
B. Notification of Changes to Service
In general, unless specified otherwise under the particular type of
service below, you can call our sales coordinator at least 3 working
days before the date of your event, to make the changes.
C. GST Charges
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
D. Halal Certification
Orchid Thai Catering is Halal Certified by MUIS.
E. Payment
Payments must be made either in cash or cheque upon delivery of food.
For cheque payments, please make the cheque payable to 'Orchid Thai
Catering'.
For cash payment, customer is required to request for a
signed/initialed receipt of payment upon delivery of food by our staff.
Orchid Thai Catering will not entertain any dispute of payment unless
proof of payment can be furnished.
F. Cancellation Policy
30% of meals ordered is chargeable if cancellation is done less then
one (1) business day before delivery date.
BUFFET SERVICE
a) Buffet Services is served from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 9 pm.
b) Our dishes can be customized to suit your requirements.
c) Please place order at least 3 days in advance. Late order will only
be accepted subject to availability.
d) We will also provide the followings at no extra cost:

g) Customer agrees to notify Orchid Thai Catering three (3) days in
advance from the event date if Customer wishes to cancel the buffet
order.
h) Customer agrees to compensate Orchid Thai Catering 30% of the total
buffet costs should Customer cancel the order less than three(3) working
day from the event date.
i) Customer agrees to compensate Orchid Thai Catering 100% of the total
buffet costs should Customer cancel the order less than one(1) working
day from the event date, ie. no refund allowed.
j) Transport charge $40 for orders less than 40 pax. (50 pax for Economy
Menu)
k) Confirmation of your fax booking will be made via the telephone/email
or fax. If you do not hear from us 3 days before the function date,
please kindly contact us at Tel: (65) 67427910.
l) Arrival of food will be within 1/2 hour of stated delivery time
unless due to unforeseen circumstances eg. Heavy traffic jams.
m) We reserve the right to replace any item with another of equivalent
value depending on availability.
BENTO FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE
a) Minimum number of packets per order is applicable.
b) Full payment by cash or cheque is required upon food delivery
c) Customer agrees to notify Orchid Thai Catering 2 working day in
advance for any cancellation otherwise 30% of the food order may be
chargeable.
d) Any changes to dishes ordered must be made two(2) working day in
advance.
